Goodbye!

I've worked at Leeds Met for 3 years now and I’ve been granted 12 months unpaid leave so I can go on my journey; I’ve met some great people working there and hopefully I’ll stay in touch throughout my leave.

My last day at work was on Friday, it always feels strange saying goodbye, although I’m sure that it’s more like see you later. 12 months leave sounds like a long time but I’m sure that it will fly by and the next thing I know I’ll be back sat sulking back at my desk.

My manager had asked if I had made a list of things that I would be taking with me to which I replied that I would not be making a list, she seemed shocked by this so I’ve decided I would take her advice and make a list…

Bag

Passport

Money

Biro (see previous post)

Think that’s all I’ll need, everything else will be in my bag so there’s no need to list it…
